Physical Product Return Policy
At Ross Crafting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, we offer a simple return process.

Return Time Frame
You have 4 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your product at ross@rosscrafting.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions if the return is approved.

Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, ship the item back to us at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it. If it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund (excluding any original shipping fees) to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 4 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
